So this really doesn’t have much to do with business but it is possibly the future of lighting. A Brazilian man invented a MacGyver-like lightbulb made of empty plastic bottles filled with water and clorox. Amazingly this device, which charges by sitting in the sun, works by creating a chemical reaction causing it to shine bright white. Scientists have even measured the output and claimed it equal to that of a common household 60 watt bulb.
Anyways this is in my opinion one of the most innovative inventions in the past century. If this technology can be used on a larger scale then going green could be revolutionized.
